Education and career
Dr. Nathalie Lengert studied law in Paris and Munich. After completing her doctorate, Dr. Lengert began her career in the dispute resolution department at the Munich office of a major international law firm. She joined SRP in 2019. In 2021, she moved to the legal department of a Finnish-French company. Since then she has worked at SRP as Of Counsel. She lives in Munich with her husband and son.

SRP represented a medium-sized company in a hard-fought dispute between the two shareholder-managing directors. The dispute involved numerous preliminary injunctions, attachment proceedings and main proceedings. The proceedings focused on the dismissal of managing directors for cause, the redemption shares in the company for cause and the determination of the compensation payment.
