Anna Peitz is Counsel at SRP. She represents clients in disputes in state courts in main proceedings and proceedings for interim measures as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Education and career
Anna Peitz studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and spent a year abroad at the University of Oxford. After working as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Private Law Theory of Prof. Dr Hans Christoph Grigoleit (LMU), she completed her legal clerkship in Munich, which included a placement abroad with a Toronto/Canada based law firm, where she mainly worked on cross-border cases. In 2018, Anna Peitz started her legal career at a Munich based law firm in the litigation/corporate litigation department. She joined SRP in 2022.
