Elena Noack LL.M.

Elena Noack is an Associate at SRP. She represents domestic and foreign clients in disputes before state courts in both main and proceedings for interim measures, as well as before international arbitral tribunals.

Education and career

After her first state examination, Ms Noack worked for an international law firm in Singapore (2018) before completing her Master of Laws in European Economic Law in Stockholm (2019-2020). At that time she developed her main areas of interest in litigation and arbitration. Ms Noack used her legal clerkship to focus on litigation and arbitration law at a big British-Australian law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Her interest in international matters led Ms Noack to the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin (2021). Ms Noack started her legal career in the dispute resolution team of a major German law firm in Munich before joining SRP in 2023.
